In Payzone stores you can pay, play, pick-up and top-up across six core services. Including; utilities, mobile phone top-ups, parcels, transport and ticketing, online gaming, gift cards, housing rent and council tax.
A replacement gas card or electricity key is free to the end-user. All we ask is that the key or card is registered on the Payzone equipment before leaving the store. Registration is free and, all you need before you can register your key or card is a code (RTI) from your gas/electric supplier. Find your nearest stockist of blank keys and cards (Super Agents) and type in your postcode on our Store Locator. Stores that hold replacement gas cards or electricity keys are green (non-Super Agents are pink).
Payzone SuperAgents in green on the Store Locator. SuperAgents stock replacement gas cards and electricity keys on behalf of our energy suppliers, including British Gas. If you need a replacement gas card and/or electricity key, call your supplier. They will supply you with a reference number. They will then direct you to your nearest SuperAgent.
Most Payzone stores offer the core services listed on our website. However, the number of services and transaction types can vary depending on the retailer.
To find your nearest Payzone store, visit our Store Locator. Type in your postcode to see where your closest shop is. Are you struggling to use the Store Locator? You will be able to access the majority of the Payzone services at your local Post Office, including bill payments, mobile top-ups and gas and electric transactions for British Gas, ScottishPower, E.ON Next, EDF and many more. However, you will not be able to complete transport transactions, or pick up a blank electricity key or gas card.
There are no additional charges for using a Payzone terminal to pay a bill or top up across ALL Payzone stores. If you experience an issue with retailers charging fees, contact the Payzone Help Desk on 01606 566 566 or get in touch by filling out a contact form.
Our Payzone terminals accept both cash and card payments. However, the payment methods available at your nearest store is at the discretion of the shop owner.
So, you have visited your local Payzone store, but the terminal is switched off or broken? We are sorry, that is not the service we want to provide. Get in touch with us, and we will contact the store directly and get their terminal up and running again.
