The most widely available bus ticketing scheme available through the Payzone terminal is operated through Arriva, one of the largest bus operators in the UK.

Please note: The ticket is not valid unless in an Arriva wallet.

Payzone runs another ticketing scheme called North Staffordshire ‘SMART’, which offers local people and visitors travelling around North Staffordshire a multi-operator ticket. This entitles customers to travel on services provided by any of the bus operators in the area. Click here for more information.

Centrebus is a rapidly growing privately owned bus company and Payzone provide bus tickets sold over the counter at convenience retailers where Centrebus operate such as in the Luton, Dunstable, Huddersfield and Grantham areas.

Nbus gives customers the freedom of travel on the services of over 30 bus companies in the West Midlands. Customers can buy a Nbus ticket through the Payzone PINK terminal for journeys across Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

For all bus tickets, on the terminal, you simply select the ticket product required, either weekly, 4 weekly or an individual trip. An e-voucher or receipt is printed and then sealed into a ticket wallet which the consumer then presents to the bus or coach driver when boarding.
